As Director of the Missouri Small Business & Technology Development Centers (MO SBTDC) International Trade Program at the University of Missouri, Larry Dill provides statewide leadership to the international trade programming efforts of the MO SBTDC. Larry has been involved in international trade (private & public sector) since the mid-90’s. He currently assists small businesses owners across the state to advise and train them to identify potential export markets, and develop strategy that will aid in successful foreign market entry. He also works to develop relationships with partner agencies across the state and nationally in an attempt to help strengthen the international trade resources and assistance available to Missouri businesses. Larry graduated from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale with a degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Global Business Professional, and a member of the NASBITE International Board of Governors.

Sarah Marshall-Roberts

Springfield-Greene County Library District

Sarah Marshall-Roberts is currently a web developer with the Springfield-Greene County Library District. She worked for 20 years in accounting for the oil and gas, banking, financial database and insurance industries. Her business background and interest in the Internet and programming lead to a transition to web development in 1998. In addition to working for the library district, Sarah has taught web design, HTML, CSS, SEO and graphics courses, and also maintains her own client base. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma. Sarah is a CPA (inactive).

Glenn Pace, GPHR

Glenn is an instructor for the Management Development Institute, and instructs academic classes for the College of Business at Missouri State University, the largest College of Business in the state of Missouri. Having been associated with the University since 1977, Glenn currently teaches Human Resources, Labor Relations, Operations Management, Strategic Management and International Management in the MBA program. Glenn received a BS in Management from Missouri State, an MBA from the University of Missouri, and has completed Ph.D. hours at the University of Arkansas. During his MBA, he also completed a dual course of study in University of Missouri's School of Law.

With over 27 years experience, Glenn has established an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality and fun professional development training. His extensive Human Resources, Legal and Management background allows him to provide the practical, up-to-date information, tools and techniques that can be applied immediately in the workplace. Glenn's work experience includes 13 years with Zenith Electronics Corporation both in the US and Mexico and most recently as Director of Personnel for the Springfield Public School system.He has earned the unique certification of Global Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

A plaque presented to Glenn Pace, May 17, 2002 was inscribed with the following message: In sincere appreciation of your extensive knowledge and dedication to Management Development. Your presentation style coupled with both interactive and textbook teaching has enhanced us as individuals as well as professionals. The plaque was presented from the Kansas City Human Resources Certificate Spring 2002 class.

Lori Ruzicka

Springfield-Greene County Library District

Lori Ruzicka is currently the Human Resources Director for the Springfield-Greene County Library District. Previously, she was the Corporate HR Director and Compliance Officer for Lastra America Corporation, a lithographic plate and chemistry manufacturer. Her experience there includes corporate growth, restructuring and merger / acquisition in a multi-national environment. She also worked as a Program Director at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles and Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. Lori is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and served on the Missouri State Council of the SHRM in 2007. She served as the 2007 President of the Springfield Area Human Resources Management and has served on numerous committees within that organization, since 1998. Lori was previously an advisory board member for Bryan College and has volunteer resume reviews and mock interviews for students at OTC, Evangel and Vatterott. Lori holds a Bachelors of Science degree in social work with a minor in social research from Missouri State University. She has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management with emphasis in organizational development from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. Lori holds both PHR and SPHR certifications.

Robert J. Winnie

Robert J. Winnie is President and co-founder of The Winnie Group, a marketing and advertising firm. Bob also owns Wild Bear Log Homes, which locally markets and sells cedar log homes. Prior to founding The Winnie Group in 1991, Bob was Senior Vice President for Noble & Associates. He has 30 years experience in marketing, advertising, manufacturing, and sales with national, regional and local companies. Bobs background includes strategic planning, new product development, program development and promotion planning. He has developed marketing programs for national brands such as Allen Canning, Jimmy Dean, Katahdin Cedar Log Homes, General Foods, Sara Lee and Tyson. His extensive marketing and sales experience includes work on the street, in the office and on plant floors. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a marketing emphasis from Ferris State University.
